TO BOOK
To book your event you can use an available booking link (on the corresponding studio pages), or for questions or to have us help you get on the schedule, contact us via text at: (208) 313-4159 with your full name, desired studio + date, time/ time frame, and email address.
We will let you know if your desired date & time are available and get you scheduled ASAP!
RESCHEDULING
We are happy to help you reschedule if unforeseen changes arise & you find it necessary to change your event date. For weddings and weekend day rates - this needs to be done at least 30 days in advance of your initial date.
There are no rescheduling restrictions or fees for hourly events or photo shoots.

CANCELLATION
For all booked events (aside from photo shoots) 50% of your total rental (not including add-ons) is non-refundable in the event of complete cancellation. 50% is refundable IF your event is cancelled at least 30 days before your event. Because dates are typically booked out months in advance, cancelling often leaves us with a loss in booking that we are sometimes unable to fill. This retainer helps alleviate some of that income loss due to client cancellation.
This amount is not lost, but can be kept on file under the financially responsible person’s name as a ‘credit.’ This credit can be used towards any other type of event (party, baby shower, bridal shower, family/ holiday gathering) at 173 E. Main St. Suite #2.
Photoshoots are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, they can be rescheduled, or the amount kept on file as a credit under the photographer’s name.
