We are pleased to yet again be adding this beautiful building to our rental offerings for 2025. This historic venue boasts floor to ceiling, North facing windows, an original brick feature wall that spans the length of the main gathering space, a modern fireplace, large wooden tables and plenty of guest seating for mid-sized events.
Weekday Pricing: ($125 - $900)
This building can be booked hourly Monday through Thursday at $125 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours to book. If you should need a full day on a weekday, we offer a 12 hour block for $900.
Weekend Pricing: ($1200)
Renters can book full 12 hour blocks Friday through Sunday at a day rate of $1,200. We do not offer hourly rates on weekends.
